BUG WARS — Privacy Policy

BUG WARS (com.bugwars.game) is a single-player tactics game published by RamsTigers. This policy explains what the game does with your information. The short version: it keeps your progress on your own device and does not send it to us.

Information stored on your device

So you can pick up where you left off, the game saves the following locally, in Android's private app storage:

• Your current run: wave number, chosen bug, health, energy, position, and currency
• Your high score and how many waves you have survived
• Per-bug progression, unlocked bugs, and permanent upgrades
• Collected gear and your in-game Nectar balance
• Daily reward claim dates
• Your settings

None of this identifies you, and none of it is sent anywhere.

Crash reports

When the game crashes, it sends a report to Firebase Crashlytics, a service provided by Google, so the fault can be found and fixed. This happens only on a crash — there is no tracking of how you play, what you tap, or how long you play for.

A crash report contains:

• The stack trace: where in the game's code the fault happened
• Your device model, Android version, available memory and storage at the time
• The version of the game you were running
• A random installation identifier, created by the SDK, which is not linked to you and is deleted when you uninstall the game

It contains no name, no email address, no location and none of your saved progress. Google processes this data as our provider and retains it for up to 90 days; their handling is described in the Firebase privacy documentation and the Google Privacy Policy.

Google backup

Android's built-in backup is enabled for this game, so your save data may be copied to your own Google account as part of the system backup and restored when you set up a new device. That backup is managed entirely by Google under Google's Privacy Policy; we cannot read it. You can turn backup off in your device settings.

Permissions

The installed app declares these Android permissions:

• INTERNET and ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE — declared by the bundled Google Play Billing library. The game itself makes no network requests.
• com.android.vending.BILLING — also from the Play Billing library.
• VIBRATE — haptic feedback.

Purchases

In-app purchases are not currently offered; the purchasing code is disabled in this release. If purchases are enabled in a future version, they will be processed by Google Play. Google handles the payment and we never receive or store your payment details. This page will be updated before any such change ships.

Children

The game does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. Crash reports carry technical fault data and a random installation identifier only, so there is nothing about a child user for us to hold.

Deleting your data

Uninstalling the game removes everything it saved on your device. You can also clear it from Android Settings → Apps → BUG WARS → Storage → Clear data. If you have Google backup enabled, remove the backup from your Google account settings as well.

Changes to this policy

If the game's data practices change — for example if purchases or online features are added — this page will be updated and the date at the top will change.
